What You Need

3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing
1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup finely chopped yellow peppers

Make It

MIX sour cream and dressing in medium bowl until well blended.

ADD remaining ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate 1 hour.

SERVE with your favourite Christie Crackers or vegetable dippers.

To Jazz It Up
Add sliced green onions, minced garlic and a dash of hot pepper sauce to the prepared dip before chilling.
Variation
Prepare as directed, using reduced-fat sour cream and Kraft Calorie-Wise Rancher's Choice Dressing.
