what you need

2 cups Nilla Vanilla Wafers (about 45 wafers), broken into pieces
2 Tbsp. orange-flavoured liqueur or orange juice
3 cups seasonal fresh fruit (such as peeled kiwi slices, blueberries and strawberry slices)
2 pkg. (4-serving size each) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
3 cups cold milk
1 pkg. (6 squares) Baker's White Chocolate, melted
3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping, divided

make it

PLACE broken wafers into 3-L glass serving dish; sprinkle with liqueur. Top with layers of fruit.

PREPARE pudding mixes as directed on pkg., reducing milk to 3 cups. As pudding begins to thicken, beat in chocolate with wire whisk until well blended. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping; spoon over fruit. Top with the remaining 1-1/2 cups whipped topping. Cover.

REFRIGERATE at least 30 min. or overnight.

kraft kitchens tips
