what you need

1 pkg. (250 g) Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut up
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
Dash of black pepper
2 cups green beans, trimmed
1 cup each: baby carrots and pearl onions
1 cup sugar snap peas
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs

make it

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix Velveeta, milk, dry mustard, thyme and black pepper in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 6 min., stirring after 3 min.

MIX vegetables in lightly greased large rectangular baking dish. Stir in Velveeta mixture; sprinkle with bread crumbs.

BAKE 40 min. or until vegetables are tender.

Substitute
For a change of pace, prepare as directed substituting your favourite savoury seasoning, such as basil, curry or ground nutmeg, for the thyme.
