What You Need

1 cup instant white rice, uncooked
1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
3 cups assorted cut-up vegetables (broccoli, red pepper, carrots and snow peas)
1 pkg. (300 g) salad greens
1/2 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Make It

COOK rice as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, heat oil in large nonstick skillet. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 min. or until cooked through. Add vegetables; cook an additional 2 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

PLACE rice in large bowl. Add chicken mixture, salad greens, dressing and soy sauce; toss to coat.

Substitute 1 pkg. (500 g) frozen vegetable blend for the cut-up fresh vegetables.
