What You Need

1 pkg. (120 g) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken or for Turkey
2   eggs
2 cups milk
1 pkg.  (175 g) smoked ham, finely chopped
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup  chopped red pepper
1 cup KRAFT 3 Cheese Mexicana Finely Shredded Cheese

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package; press firmly onto bottom and up side of lightly greased 9-inch pie plate. Set aside.

BEAT eggs and milk in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Gently pour into crust.

BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until centre is set. Let stand 10 min. before cutting into 6 wedges to serve.

Variation
Make this meatless by leaving out the ham and add in one other of your favourite chopped vegetables.

" Thanks to everyone on their comments for this recipe, as I was prepared to cook it for longer than stated. I added about 15 minutes for a total of 50 min in the oven and 10 min to sit. I found that the amount that can actually fit in such a small pie pan is so small, that you have to use half a pepper, and even then the recommended ingredients didn't seem to fit, let alone my left over smoked ham, so I cooked the extra filling in muffin tins (added extra egg/milk and crushed crackers). I would otherwise suggest to get an extra box of stuffing and plan to make 2 Quishes."
