What You Need

1-1/2 cups hot water
1/4 cup non-hydrogenated margarine, melted
1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
1 can (284 mL/10 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup sour cream

Make It

MIX hot water, margarine and stuffing mix; set aside.

COOK chicken in nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min. on each side.

MIX soup and sour cream; pour over chicken. Top with stuffing; cover. Cook on low heat 10 min. or until chicken is done (170ºF).

Serve with a bagged salad tossed with your favorite Kraft Calorie-Wise Dressing.
Substitute
Substitute skim milk for the sour cream.
Use Your Oven
Heat oven to 375°F. Prepare stuffing as directed. Place chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish or 2.3-L casserole. Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken. Top with stuffing. Bake 35 min. or until chicken is done.
