What You Need

1 cup skim milk
1 cup unsweetened frozen strawberries
1/2 cup whole grain cereal flakes with raisins, dates and pecans Cereal
1 Tbsp. honey

Make It

PLACE all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed 30 sec. or until well blended. Pour into large glass. Serve immediately.
