12 CHIPS AHOY! Cookies
1 pkg.  (250 g) PHILADELPHIA Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 can  (355 mL) frozen berry punch concentrate, thawed
1 cup crushed strawberries
1 tub  (1 L) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

ARRANGE cookies in single layer on bottom of 9-inch springform pan; set aside.

BEAT cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Gradually add punch concentrate, beating until well blended. Stir in strawberries. Add whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Pour over cookies in pan.

FREEZE several hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 15 min. before serving. Let stand at room temperature to soften slightly. Store any leftover dessert in freezer.

Prepare using your favourite frozen juice or drink concentrate, such as raspberry, lemonade, grape or pink lemonade.
Special Extra
Garnish with 1 cup fresh strawberries just before serving.
