What You Need

12 Chips Ahoy! Cookies

1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened

1/2 cup sugar

1 can (355 mL) frozen berry punch concentrate, thawed

3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping

1 cup crushed fresh strawberries

2 cups whole fresh strawberries

Make It

COVER bottom of 9-inch springform pan with cookies.

BEAT cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Gradually beat in punch concentrate. Whisk in Cool Whip and crushed strawberries until well blended. Pour over cookies.

FREEZE 4 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 15 min. before serving. Let stand at room temperature to soften slightly. Garnish with whole berries just before serving.

awesome recipe! i've been making this recipe ever since! i recommend not using chips ahoy and use like a oreo crumb bottom layer so the top part sticks with it~

The recipe states to freeze for 4 hours or until firm. 4 hours will work if your freezer is set at -30. A normal freezer setting takes this approx. 7 hours to firm up completely.

I made this for a family bbq and it was a huge hit, the recipe was very easy to make and everyone loved it. I used a graham cracker crust instead and it turned out fine

I have made this recipe many times. It is easy and delicious. I will often use a cookie recipe and bake a giant cookie in the springform pan rather than use the cookies for the crust, it works great.
