ARRANGE cookies in single layer on bottom of 9-inch springform pan; set aside.
BEAT cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Gradually add punch concentrate, beating until well blended. Stir in strawberries. Add whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Pour over cookies in pan.
FREEZE several hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 15 min. before serving. Let stand at room temperature to soften slightly. Store any leftover dessert in freezer.
