Strawberry-"Key Lime" Angel Lush recipe

What You Need

4 cups fresh strawberries, divided
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Fat Free Instant Pudding
1 cup thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
1 prepared angel food cake (284 g)

Make It

RESERVE 5 strawberries. Mash remaining strawberries in large bowl; stir in lime juice. Add dry pudding mix; stir 2 min. Gently stir in Cool Whip.

CUT cake horizontally into 3 layers. Stack cake layers on plate, filling and topping with Cool Whip mixture.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour. Top with reserved berries before serving.

How to Cut Angel Food Cake
Freeze cake (in package) 30 min. Remove cake from package. Mark cake into 3 layers by inserting toothpicks around side of cake. Use serrated knife and gentle sawing motion to easily cut the cake as directed, using the toothpicks as a guide.
