What You Need

1 whole wheat baguette (400 g)
1/4 cup Miracle Whip Calorie Wise Dressing
2 Tbsp. finely chopped kalamata olives
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1 can (170 g) tuna, drained, flaked
1 cup thin English cucumber slices
1 tomato, thinly sliced
3/4 cup Kraft Part Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
1-1/2 cups tightly packed baby spinach leaves

Make It

CUT baguette horizontally in half; remove bread from centre of each half, leaving 1-inch-thick shell. Reserve removed bread for another use.

MIX Miracle Whip, olives and mustard until well blended; spread onto insides of bread shells.

FILL bottom bread shell with remaining ingredients; cover with top of bread. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 1 hour. Cut into 4 pieces to serve.

How to Use Leftover Bread
Use leftover bread to make bread crumbs or croutons. To make crumbs, process removed bread in food processor or blender until fine crumbs form. Or to make croutons, cut removed bread into 1/2-inch cubes. Toss with canola oil; spread onto bottom of shallow pan. Bake in 300ºF oven 20 to 30 min. or until bread cubes are crisp and lightly browned.
