What You Need

1 ready-to-use baked whole wheat pizza crust (12 inch)
6 eggs
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup Kraft Part Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 425ºF.

PLACE crust in pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray. Use 2-1/2-inch cookie cutter to cut 6 evenly spaced circles in crust, about 1 inch from edge. Discard cutouts or reserve for another use. (See Tip.)

BREAK 1 egg into each hole; top with remaining ingredients.

BAKE 15 min. or until eggs are set and cheese is melted. Cut into wedges.

How to Use Crust Cutouts
Store cutouts in resealable plastic bag at room temperature until ready to use to make mini pizzas. Place cutouts on baking sheet. Spread each with 1 Tbsp. pizza sauce; top with 1 Tbsp. Kraft Part Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese and your favourite pizza toppings. Bake in 400ºF oven 10 min. or until cheese is melted.
