SPRAY a small microwavable bowl with no stick cooking spray. Add 1 egg, 1 Tbsp. Cheez Whiz Spread and pepper to taste; stir to mix well. Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds; stir. Microwave 10-15 seconds longer or until egg is set and no visible liquid remains.
MICROWAVE 3 slices ready-to-serve bacon as directed on package. Toast 2 slices whole wheat bread; spread with 1 Tbsp. Cheez Whiz Spread.
SERVE with half of an orange.
