What You Need

1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1-1/3 cups 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing
2 Tbsp. flour
6 small flour tortillas, cut into small pieces
1 cup Kraft Tex Mex Shredded Cheese
1/2 cup salsa

Make It

HEAT oil in large deep skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 7 min. or until done, stirring occasionally.

MIX broth, dressing and flour until blended; gradually add to chicken, stirring constantly. Stir in tortilla pieces. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 3 min.

SPRINKLE with cheese; cover. Simmer 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted. Top with salsa.

Serving Suggestion
Serve topped with chopped tomatoes and avocados. If the avocado is chopped ahead of time, toss lightly with lemon juice to help prevent browning.
Note
Traditional chicken enchiladas can take up to 1-1/2 hours to prepare. This tasty version takes only 30 minutes.
