what you need

1 large celery root (1 lb./500 g), peeled, cut into matchlike sticks
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup sunflower kernels
1/4 cup Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Kraft Signature Sweet Onion Vinaigrette Dressing
4 cups baby arugula

make it

COMBINE all ingredients except arugula; cover.

REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour.

COVER eight salad plates with arugula just before serving; top with the slaw mixture.

Celery root, or celeriac, is a knobby brown vegetable that is the root of a special variety of celery. It tastes like a cross between celery and parsley and is a great addition, when used either raw or cooked, to salads, soups or stews. Look for it in the produce section of most grocery stores and at farmers' markets.
Substitute
Prepare as directed, substituting your favourite salad green, such as mesclun, spinach or mache, for the arugula.
