Sweet & Sour Grilled Chicken Breasts recipe

What You Need

1/4 cup Kraft Russian Dressing
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. sesame oil
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g), split lengthwise
2 cups tightly packed Bibb lettuce, shredded

Make It

MIX first 3 ingredients; pour half over chicken in shallow dish. Turn chicken to coat both sides of each piece. Refrigerate 20 min. to marinate.

HEAT greased barbecue to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken 4 min. on each side or until done (170ºF), brushing with remaining dressing mixture for the last 5 min.

SERVE on lettuce-covered plate.

How to Split Chicken Breasts
Place chicken breasts on cutting board. With your hand holding top of chicken, use a large sharp knife to cut each breast horizontally in half. (You will be making the cut parallel to the cutting board, making sure the knife blade is facing away from you as you split each breast.)
