What You Need

340 g (1/2 of 680-g pkg.) frozen prepared meatballs
1 each red and yellow pepper, cut into chunks
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup Kraft Pure Apricot Jam
1/4 cup Kraft Catalina Dressing
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
3/4 tsp. each ground ginger and garlic powder
2-2/3 cups hot cooked instant white rice

Make It

COMBINE all ingredients except rice in large skillet; cover.

COOK on medium heat 10 min., stirring occasionally. Uncover; cook on medium-high heat 8 to 10 min. or until meatballs and vegetables are heated through, stirring occasionally.

SERVE over rice.

Substitute
Substitute 3 cups frozen vegetables for the peppers - just add during the last 6 min. of the final cooking time.
