What You Need

1 Tbsp. paprika
2 tsp. garlic powder
1-1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
4 lb. (1.8 kg) pork baby back ribs
1/2 cup apple juice
1 cup Bull's-Eye Chicken & Rib Renegade Barbecue Sauce, divided

Make It

HEAT barbecue to medium heat. Mix seasonings; rub onto both sides of ribs. Place half the ribs in single layer in centre of large sheet of heavy-duty foil. Bring up sides of foil; double fold top and one end. Add 1/4 cup apple juice through open end of packet. Double fold remaining end to seal packet, leaving room for heat to circulate inside. Repeat to make second packet.

PLACE packets on grate of barbecue; cover with lid. Grill 45 min. to 1 hour or until ribs are done. Remove ribs from foil; discard foil.

RETURN ribs to barbecue; brush with 1/2 cup barbecue sauce. Grill 15 min., turning occasionally and brushing with remaining sauce.

Serve this special entree with a hot baked potato and crisp mixed green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Dressing.
Use Your Oven
Heat oven to 450°F. Assemble foil packets as directed; place on baking sheet. Bake 45 min. to 1 hour or until ribs are done. Remove ribs from foil; place on rack of broiler pan. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 15 min., turning ocasionally and brushing with remaining sauce.
