Sweet-and-Spicy Chicken Stir-Fry

What You Need

1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 Tbsp. oil
3 cups chopped mixed fresh vegetables (red peppers, broccoli, mushrooms)
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Catalina Dressing
2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 tsp. crushed red pepper

Make It

COOK and stir chicken in hot oil in large skillet on high heat 1 min. Add vegetables and garlic; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until chicken is lightly browned.

ADD remaining ingredients; cook 2 min. or until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp-tender.

Substitute frozen mixed stir-fry vegetables for the chopped fresh vegetables.
Best of Season
Use whatever fresh vegetables you have on hand. Try red or green peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, snow peas and/or baby corn.
