What You Need

1 egg white
1 tsp. brown sugar blend sugar replacement
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 pkg. (170 g) Back to Nature 37% Cashew Nut Mix - Cashews, Almonds and Pistachios

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

BEAT all ingredients except nuts in medium bowl with fork or whisk until frothy and well blended. Stir in nuts.

SPREAD onto parchment paper-covered baking sheet.

BAKE 15 min. or until nuts are almost dry, stirring after 8 min. Cool completely.

Prepare using your favourite Back to Nature Mix, such as Sea Salt Roasted Almonds or Sea Salt Roasted Jumbo Cashews.
