These were a big hit, particularly for those who like brownies. I read the other reviews and decided to make the recipe up the night before and refrigerate it overnight to firm up. The next morning, however, it was rock hard!! Had to use a metal ice cream scoop! Finally it softened up a bit, and I decided to roll the dough out, to about a 1/2 inch thickness, and used a heart shaped cookie cutter (about 2" at widest part of heart). Stuck a stick in the bottom of the heart and baked them that way. They were awesome little heart shaped lollipops! Packed them in individual Valentine treat baggies, and everyone thought they were store-bought. Would not go to so much trouble just any old day, but for a special occasion, they were great!
