Substitute a taco shell for the flattened bread slice; spread inside of shell with dressing. Fill with remaining ingredients as directed. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap; place in airtight plastic container. Refrigerate until ready to pack in insulated lunch bag with ice pack to keep sandwich cold until ready to serve.
