What You Need

1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cans (19 fl oz/540 mL each) black beans, rinsed
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) tomato sauce
1 cup frozen corn
1 pkg. (35 g) taco seasoning mix
2 cups water
1 cup Kraft Tex Mex Light Shredded Cheese

Make It

BROWN meat with onions in large saucepan.

STIR in all remaining ingredients except cheese. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.

SERVE topped with cheese.

Top with reduced-fat sour cream and chopped fresh cilantro in addition to the cheese.
