Tangy Hummus

Tangy Hummus recipe

What You Need

1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained, reserving 2 Tbsp. liquid
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Dressing

Make It

PLACE chickpeas and reserved liquid in blender or food processor with steel blade; cover. Process until smooth.

ADD remaining ingredients; process until smooth. Chill. Serve with pita wedges and cucumber slices.
