MIX cheese & salsa. Place 1/2 cup mixture on half of each tortilla; fold over.
COOK tortillas a few at a time, in ungreased frypan on medium heat, approximately 2 minutes per side.
COOL 5 minutes; cut each into 3 triangles.
STIR together remaining ingredients. Spoon 1 Tbsp. mixture on top of each quesadilla just before serving.
