What You Need

2/3 cup Kraft Regular BarBQ Sauce
2 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 boneless beef ribeye steaks (250 g/1/2 lb. each), 3/4-inch thick

Make It

PREHEAT barbecue to medium heat. Mix barbecue sauce, garlic, cumin and cayenne pepper until well blended.

GRILL steaks 6 to 8 min. on each side for medium rare (145°F) to medium doneness (160°F), brushing occasionally with the barbecue sauce mixture.
