What You Need

1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. sugar
2 lb. (900 g) pork baby back ribs
1/2 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce

Make It

MIX first 4 ingredients; rub onto ribs. Wrap, meaty-sides up, in heavy-duty foil. Refrigerate 1 hour.

HEAT barbecue to low heat. Grill ribs (in foil), meaty-sides up, 45 min. to 1 hour or until ribs are done. Unwrap ribs; discard foil. Brush ribs with 1/3 of the barbecue sauce.

INCREASE heat to medium. Grill 15 min., turning and brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce.

kraft kitchens tips

How to Keep the Ribs Moist
Brushing the hot ribs with the barbecue sauce helps prevent them from drying out.
Note
The heavy-duty foil is used so it doesn't tear and let the meat juices leak out as the ribs are cooking on the barbecue. If you don't have heavy-duty foil, you can use a double layer of regular foil instead.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with your favourite coleslaw.
