What You Need

3/4 lb. (340 g) boneless beef steak, grilled and cut into thin strips
1-1/2 cups instant white rice, cooked
1 small red pepper, cut into strips
2 medium carrots, cut into strips
1/4 cup Miracle Whip Dressing
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce

Make It

TOSS steak, rice, peppers and carrots in large bowl.

MIX dressing, soy sauce and barbecue sauce until well blended. Spoon over salad; toss to coat.

SERVE immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
