Thai Pork with Savoy Cabbage recipe

What You Need

1 pork tenderloin (1 lb./450 g)
1/3 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Catalina Dressing, divided
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
5 cups finely shredded savoy cabbage
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
2 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Make It

PLACE meat in shallow dish; brush with 2 Tbsp. dressing. Refrigerate 30 min.

HEAT greased barbecue to medium heat. Grill meat 30 min. or until done (160ºF), turning after 15 min. Cool slightly. Cut into thin strips; set aside.

MIX remaining dressing, sugar and soy sauce in large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 20 sec. Add cabbage and onions; toss to coat. Spoon onto platter; top with meat, sesame seed and cilantro.

Make Ahead
Meat can be refrigerated up to 24 hours before grilling as directed.
Easy Cleanup
Brush meat with dressing as directed; place in resealable plastic bag. Seal bag. Refrigerate several hours. Discard bag after removing meat.
