What You Need

5 cups shredded napa cabbage
1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
1 carrot, shredded
1/2 cup Back to Nature Sea Salt Roasted Jumbo Cashews, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1/3 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice

Make It

COMBINE first 6 ingredients in large bowl.

MIX Miracle Whip and lime juice.

ADD to cabbage mixture; toss to coat.

Special Extra
Add cooked cleaned shrimp, shredded cooked chicken or pork, or tofu cubes to salad.
Make Ahead
Combine cabbage, vegetables and cilantro. Mix Miracle Whip and lime juice. Refrigerate both separately up to 24 hours. Add Miracle Whip mixture and nuts to cabbage mixture just before serving; mix lightly.
