PREPARE 1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing as directed on package; set aside. Whisk together 1-1/2 cups milk and 3 Tbsp. flour in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 4 min., stirring after 2 min. Stir in 1 cup Kraft Double Cheddar Shreds, vegetables and seasoning.
COOK meat in 1 tsp. oil in a large nonstick frying pan until browned on all sides. Pour sauce evenly over meat; top with prepared stuffing.
BAKE at 350°F for 25 to 30 min. or until heated through.
