What You Need

2 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
1/2 lb. (225 g) Italian sausage, casing removed
1 pkg. (283 g) baby spinach leaves (10 cups)
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) Italian-style stewed tomatoes, drained
1 cup Kraft Part Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

Make It

COOK pasta in large saucepan as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, crumble meat into large deep skillet; cook on medium-high heat 10 to 12 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Drain, reserving meat in skillet. Add spinach and tomatoes; stir. Cook 2 min. or until spinach is wilted, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.

DRAIN pasta; return to pan. Add meat mixture and cheeses; toss lightly.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with a crisp romaine salad tossed with Kraft Creamy Caesar Dressing to round out the meal.
Variation
Prepare as directed, substituting ground beef or turkey for the Italian sausage, penne pasta for the rotini and diced tomatoes for the stewed tomatoes.
