I set my kitchen timer to 5 minutes and timed each segment. I used 1 small red onion and 1 small white, cooking onion, plus 2 chopped garlic cloves (I put in the garlic towards the end of the first 5 minute cycle). For the sauce, I added a splash extra of pasta sauce (based on other reviews) and while everything was boiling, I added dried oregano, basil and rosemary. I used "light" herb & garlic Philly, plus regularly leaf spinach - it smelled great, but I think I should've let it boil more after adding the cheese because the pasta was still tough. I will try again!
