MELT 3 Tbsp. butter in a small microwavable bowl. Mix 3 Tbsp. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon in another bowl. Brush both sides of 6 medium flour tortillas with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar mixture.
GENTLY press tortillas into 6 custard cups to form cups, microwave 3 cups at a time on HIGH for 45 seconds. Let cool 5 minutes before removing from cups. Repeat for remaining cups and set aside until needed. Cups should be firm before removing from cup.
BEAT 1 pkg. (250 g) softened Philadelphia cream cheese, 1 cup Cool Whip and 1/2 cup sugar until blended. Stir in zest of one lime.
ASSEMBLE by filling tortilla cups with filling and top with assorted fresh fruit.
