HEAT oven to 425ºF.
PLACE turkey, breast-side up, in greased 13x9-inch pan. Brush with oil.
BAKE 30 min. Reduce oven temperature to 325ºF. Bake 45 min. to 1 hour or until turkey is done (170ºF). Let stand 10 min. before carving.
MEANWHILE, prepare stuffing as directed on package. Heat gravy in small saucepan; stir in sour cream. Serve over turkey and stuffing.
