What You Need

1 fresh or thawed frozen whole turkey breast (5 lb./2.2 kg)
1 Tbsp. oil
2 pkg. (120 g each) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
2 cans (254 mL each) turkey gravy
1/4 cup sour cream

Make It

HEAT oven to 425ºF.

PLACE turkey, breast-side up, in greased 13x9-inch pan. Brush with oil.

BAKE 30 min. Reduce oven temperature to 325ºF. Bake 45 min. to 1 hour or until turkey is done (170ºF). Let stand 10 min. before carving.

MEANWHILE, prepare stuffing as directed on package. Heat gravy in small saucepan; stir in sour cream. Serve over turkey and stuffing.

How to Test for Turkey Doneness
Because of the variations in sizes and shapes, the easiest way to ensure that turkey is done is to check the internal temperature. Simply insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the turkey breast, avoiding any bones.
