what you need

1 env. Shake'N Bake Italian Coating Mix
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
4 turkey scaloppine (about 375 g)
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 Tbsp. KRAFT House Italian Dressing
2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 green onion, sliced

make it

MIX coating mix and cheese on a large plate.

DIP each scaloppine into egg, then coating mixture; place on lightly greased baking sheet.

BAKE at 400°F for 10 - 12 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare sauce: heat dressing in small pan; add tomatoes and onion. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes. Spoon over scaloppine.

SERVE over hot cooked fettuccine.
