What You Need

1 jar (6 fl oz/170 mL) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 cup chopped seeded cucumbers
1/3 cup stuffed green olives, chopped
1/3 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
1 lb. (450 g) thinly sliced deli turkey breast
1 focaccia bread round (10 inch), split
5 Cracker Barrel Swiss Cheese Slices

Make It

COMBINE first 5 ingredients.

LAYER half the turkey, vegetable mixture and remaining turkey on bottom half of bread; cover with cheese and top of bread.

CUT into wedges.

Take Along
To avoid a soggy sandwich, pack the pre-made vegetable mixture, turkey, cheese and bread in separate containers and transport them to the picnic in a cooler. Use to assemble sandwich just before serving.
