What You Need

4 cups coarsely chopped mixed celery, red onions and sweet potatoes
1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
1 baking apple, coarsely chopped
1 lb. (450 g) pork tenderloin, cut into 8 pieces
1 pouch (72 g) Shake'N Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF. Toss vegetables with vinaigrette and cheese; spread onto large parchment paper-covered baking sheet. Bake 15 min.

STIR apples into vegetable mixture. Coat meat with coating mix as directed on package; add to baking sheet.

BAKE 20 min. until meat is cooked through (160ºF) and vegetables are tender.

Special Extra
Add 1 tsp. chopped dried sage to the vegetables before roasting.
