Twice-Baked Potatoes

What You Need

4 baking potatoes (2 lb./900 g)
1/4 cup Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing
1/4 cup sour cream
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup Cheez Whiz Cheese Spread
2 Tbsp. Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

PRICK potatoes in several places with fork. Bake 1 hour. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F.

CUT thin slice off top of each potato. Discard tops; scoop out centres, leaving 1/8-inch-thick shells. Mash potatoes. Add dressing, sour cream and onions; mash until fluffy. Spoon into shells; top with Cheez Whiz and bacon bits. Place in shallow baking dish.

BAKE 20 min. or until heated through.
