What You Need

1 pouch Shake'N Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix

1 tsp. garlic powder

8 chicken drumsticks (1-1/2 lb./675 g)

1/4 cup ketchup

1 tsp. soy sauce

1/4 cup sesame seed, toasted

2 stalks celery, cut into sticks

2 carrots, cut into sticks

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

MIX coating mix and garlic powder in shaker bag. Add 1 drumstick; shake until evenly coated. Place in foil-lined 17x11-1/2x3/4-inch pan. Repeat with remaining drumsticks. Discard any remaining coating mixture.

BAKE 30 min. or until chicken is done (170ºF). Meanwhile, mix ketchup and soy sauce until well blended.

BRUSH chicken with ketchup mixture; sprinkle with sesame seed. Bake 5 min. Serve with vegetables.

Wrap narrow bone end of each drumstick with a strip of foil to make it easy for the kids to pick up and enjoy these ultimate "wings!"

Wow! Wow! Wow! This recipe is amazing! I agree with the previous review that the sauce gives a real boost of flavour. If you like shake n bake you will love this even more. Amazing...a hit with the whole family...definitely a keeper. Yum! Yum! Thanks Kraft :))

Once you get past the issue of finding a suitable dish for it, it's pretty simple to make. I made mine a little bigger so more kids could eat it. I also put crackers as a filler so my son could transport it without the skeleton moving around the plate. This is the first thing I've ever made from this site. Anyone can do it!

This is a great recipe. Everyone loved it. I can't wait to make it again. I substituted chicken thighs instead of drumsticks and they were really nice and juicy.
