What You Need

2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1/2 lb./225 g)
1 Tbsp. flour
1 egg white, lightly beaten
1 large shredded wheat biscuit, finely crushed
1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
2 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
2 Tbsp. Kraft Part Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

DIP chicken in flour, then in egg and biscuit crumbs, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast. Place in single layer in shallow pan.

BAKE 20 min. or until chicken is done (170ºF). Meanwhile, bring tomatoes and dressing to boil in skillet on medium heat; simmer on low heat 10 min. or until thickened, stirring occasionally.

TOP chicken with cheese; bake 3 to 5 min. or until melted. Serve topped with tomato mixture.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with hot cooked spaghetti. But watch the serving size - 50 g of uncooked spaghetti will yield 1 cup cooked spaghetti. Sprinkle each serving with 1 tsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese.
Special Extra
Add 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil to tomato mixture before cooking as directed.
