Kraft Kitchens Tips

Serving Suggestion
Serve this entree with a crisp mixed green salad topped with your favourite Kraft Calorie-Wise Dressing.
Makeover - How We Did It
We've replaced the egg yolks and whipping cream with Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Spread, Kraft Calorie-Wise Creamy Caesar Dressing, flour and skim milk to achieve the same creamy texture as a traditional carbonara. Replacing leaner ham for the bacon or pancetta also helped create calorie and fat savings. All of the recipe tweaks resulted in a savings of 240 calories and 29 g fat (including 12 g sat fat) per serving.
