what you need

1/3 cup Kraft Golden Caesar Dressing
1 medium onion, cut in wedges
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced on diagonal
1 each: red pepper, cut in chunks and zucchini, thinkly sliced
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup whole cashews

make it

HEAT dressing in large frypan on medium-high heat; add onion and celery; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes.

ADD remaining ingredients; stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes more. Serve over rice.
