what you need

125 g Velveeta Process Cheese Product (about 3/4 cup)
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
1/4 cup bean sprouts
1/4 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2 pita breads
8 slices tomato
4 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Calorie Wise Dressing

MIX 125 g cubed Velveeta Process Cheese Product (about 3/4 cup), 1/2 cup chopped broccoli and 1/4 cup each bean sprouts, grated carrots and chopped green onions.

CUT 2 pita breads in half. Fill each half with 2 tomato slices and one fourth of the vegetable mixture. Spread outside of each sandwich evenly with 1 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Dressing.

COOK in large skillet on medium heat 3 min. on each side or until sandwiches are golden brown on both sides and Velveeta is melted.

Variation
To serve as cold sandwiches, do not spread the assembled sandwiches with the dressing and do not cook.
