What You Need!

250 g VELVEETA Process Cheese Product, cut up (about 1-1/2 cups)
1 can  (19 fl oz/540 mL) petite cut tomatoes with garlic and olive oil, drained
1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
1/2 tsp.  crushed red pepper

Make It!

MIX Velveeta and tomatoes in medium microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 5 min. or until Velveeta is completely melted, stirring every 2 min.

ADD spinach and pepper; mix well. Microwave on HIGH 2 min. or until heated through; stir.

SERVE hot with crackers or assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.
