what you need

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
2 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise House Italian Dressing
3 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 medium red pepper, cut into thin strips
1 medium yellow zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
165 g Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut up (about 1 cup)
2 Tbsp. milk
2-2/3 cups hot cooked instant white rice

make it

COOK chicken in dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 to 7 min. or until chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally.

ADD vegetables; cook 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Add Velveeta and milk; cook 3 min. or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally.

SERVE over the rice.
