VELVEETA Spicy Corn Dip recipe

What You Need

450 g Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut up (about 3 cups)
1 can (12 fl oz/341 mL) whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 cup finely chopped red and green peppers
1 medium red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
1/2 cup sour cream
3 jalapeño peppers, seeded, finely chopped

Make It

MIX Velveeta and corn in large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM 3 to 4 min. or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 2 min.

STIR in remaining ingredients.

SERVE hot with Christie Wheat Thins Crackers or assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.

To Halve
Cut ingredients in half. Mix ingredients in a large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM 2 min. or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 1 min. Serve as directed. Makes 1-1/2 cups or 12 servings, 2 Tbsp. each.
Keeping it Safe
Hot dips should be discarded after setting at room temperature for 2 hours or longer.
How to Cut Up VELVEETA
Cut Velveeta (the whole loaf) into slices about 1/2-inch thick. Then, cut each slice crosswise in both directions to make cubes.
