Velvet Crêpes

What You Need

450 g Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut up (about 3 cups)
3/4 cup milk
1-1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1-1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup each: chopped green onions and red peppers
12 crêpes (8 inch)
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Place Velveeta in large microwaveable bowl. Stir in milk. Microwave on MEDIUM 3 min. or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 1-1/2 min. Remove 3/4 cup of the sauce; set aside for later use.

ADD chicken and vegetables to remaining sauce; mix well. Spoon evenly onto crêpes. Roll up. Place, seam-sides down, in greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Drizzle with reserved 3/4 cup sauce. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.

BAKE 30 min. or until hot and bubbly.
