PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Mix berries in 9-inch pie plate or casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
PLACE eggs, whipped topping and brandy in blender; cover. Blend 30 sec. or until smooth. Add flour, sugar and lemon peel; cover. Pulse 30 sec. or until well blended. Pour over berries.
BAKE 20 min. Remove from oven. Preheat broiler. Broil, 5 to 7 inches from heat, 2 to 3 min. or until top is puffed and golden brown. Let stand 10 min. before serving.
