PREHEAT broiler. Place dressing and basil in blender container; cover. Blend to form a paste. Spread about 1/4 tsp. of the dressing mixture onto each bread slice; place on rack of broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat 1 min. or until lightly toasted. Set aside. (Cover and refrigerate remaining dressing mixture for another use.)
POUR salsa into small shallow ovenproof dish. Spoon cream cheese over salsa; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Broil 5 min. or until Parmesan cheese is golden brown. Garnish with additional chopped fresh basil, if desired.
SERVE with the toast slices.
