MIX 1 Tbsp. dressing and soy sauce; brush onto chicken. Refrigerate 15 min.
HEAT barbecue to medium heat. Grill chicken 10 to 12 min. or until done (170ºF), turning after 6 min. Cut into thin slices.
TOSS lettuce with tomatoes, oranges and remaining dressing; place on 2 plates. Top with chicken and cheese.
