What You Need

2 Tbsp. Kraft Mandarin Orange with Sesame Dressing, divided
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1/2 lb./225 g)
4 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 cup drained canned mandarin oranges
75 g (1/4 of 300-g pkg.) Cracker Barrel Mozzarella Cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Make It

MIX 1 Tbsp. dressing and soy sauce; brush onto chicken. Refrigerate 15 min.

HEAT barbecue to medium heat. Grill chicken 10 to 12 min. or until done (170ºF), turning after 6 min. Cut into thin slices.

TOSS lettuce with tomatoes, oranges and remaining dressing; place on 2 plates. Top with chicken and cheese.
